Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a junior level Associate for its Energy Project Finance & Development Practice on a full-time basis. The role supports energy project development, M&A, and project finance transactions with a broad set of sponsors, investors, developers, lenders and other parties.

The successful candidate has 1–2 years of experience in energy or related transactional practice, exposure to energy agreements, and will work under supervision with more senior attorneys.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in energy, project finance, corporate, or other relevant transactional practice.
• Interest in energy project development, offtake agreements, interconnection agreements, and project agreements is a plus.
• Collaborative, detail-oriented, and eager to develop transactional skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with drafting and review of primary and ancillary transaction documents (purchase and sale agreements, investment agreements, financing agreements, joint venture agreements) under supervision.
• Support due diligence and transaction management.
• Coordinate with clients and internal specialist teams; prepare client communications and work product.
