Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar preferred.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Act as key point of contact with internal customers for specific scopes of work.
• Participates with Project Management on estimating activities including bids and change orders.
• Contributes to effective job start meetings and team meetings.
• Coordinates material onsite delivery dates with the project schedule.
• Maintains RFI, submittals and change order logs; organizes filing.
• Maintains current drawing log and distributes new information.
• Manages close out log and submits relevant documentation to customer.
