Xcel Energy is seeking a detail-oriented operations professional to manage runbooks for customer product applications, handle data entry, and coordinate with Product Operations. You will support multiple programs including energy efficiency rebates and demand response, while ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

The role requires strong analytical ability, excellent communication, and a collaborative approach to optimize workflows across states.

Qualificações

• Associates degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to comprehend technical aspects of products is required.
• Demonstrated job performance and good verbal and written skills required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.
• Experience working in customer service or operations related field preferred.
• Knowledge of Xcel Energy processes and systems is preferred.
• 10-key typing ability is preferred.
• Good analytical skills and organization skills is strongly preferred.
• Must be customer focused, self-motivated, results and team oriented, and flexible.

Responsabilidades

• Process applications and for customer products on a timely basis including review and entry of into systems of record for all customer segments.
• Perform peer reviews for quality control purposes and provide backup support during peak activity.
• Respond to customer inquiries and settle disputes regarding program participation, work status, and bill adjustments.
• Provide support for vendor management, invoice management, inventory management, and technology development.
• Identify and recommend process and system changes to improve operations and customer service.
• Support escalated issues with internal departments and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
