Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in weatherization, energy efficiency, or related fields, with a strong focus on program and financial monitoring. Travel across the state is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; five or more years experience may substitute.
  • Experience in program development, project management, grants, or energy programs preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience with federal/state grant requirements (2 CFR Part 200) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site technical monitoring of Weatherization Assistance Program providers to assess compliance with DOE requirements.
  • Inspect weatherization work to verify proper installation and code compliance.
  • Evaluate workmanship and identify deficiencies in insulation, air sealing, HVAC, moisture, and related systems.
  • Review energy audits, work scopes, and documentation to ensure measures are appropriate and effective.
  • Verify corrections and document follow-up actions; provide corrective action recommendations.
  • Travel across Oklahoma to perform residential inspections and related duties.
