Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Weatherization (WX) Unit to identify needs for sub-grantee program capacity, training, statewide quality, and compliance.
• Monitor sub-grantee quality assurance and grant compliance; administer QA policies and procedures.
• Provide external training and technical assistance for effective program delivery through OHCS sub-grantee systems.
