Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management in utilities or energy sector.
• Experience with demand response programs, VPPs, or distributed energy resources (DER).
• Familiarity with HVAC and battery technologies or related energy management solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end launch readiness of Energy Solutions.
• Lead product and marketing readiness for the Battery Enabled Heat Pump.
• Act as the operational point of coordination between utilities and internal teams.
