Job summary

Center for Energy and Environment (CEE) in Minneapolis is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the Market Transformation team. You will coordinate events, onboarding, and department communications to keep programs running smoothly.

You will work in a hybrid environment, collaborating with Operations and program leadership and supporting logistics, scheduling, and cross-team coordination to advance energy efficiency projects in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• 2- to 4-year degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in event planning, program coordination, or administrative support.
• Interest in energy, sustainability, or nonprofit work is a plus.
• CRM platform experience (Salesforce preferred) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for external events and forums with leadership and vendors.
• Schedule department meetings, manage budgets, calendars, and spaces.
• Lead onboarding, coordinating with IT, HR, and hiring managers.
• Develop and maintain department communications and resources.
• Provide administrative support to operations leadership and teams.
