Center for Energy and Environment (CEE) in Minneapolis is seeking an Assistant Program Manager to lead procurement and budgeting within the Market Transformation team. The role reports to the Operations Manager and supports vendor procurement, RFPs/RFQs, and department annual planning. Hybrid work arrangement, local candidates preferred.

Formación

• 3-5 years in operations, procurement, budgeting, or financial administration.
• Experience with RFP/RFQ processes and vendor contracts.
• Strong Excel budgeting and analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple processes across Legal, Operations, and Accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support procurement process, including RFP/RFQ development and vendor selection.
• Assist in budget development, monitoring, and reporting for MT.
• Identify and implement department process improvements; explore AI-assisted workflows.
• Assist onboarding and staff development related to procurement and contracting.
