IDEAL Industries, parent of Anderson Power Products, seeks a Product Manager - Energy in Sterling, MA. This role leads as the Energy market expert, shaping strategy to drive profitable growth across battery storage, fuel cells, microgrids, backup power, and related electrification applications.

You will translate market intelligence and customer needs into robust roadmaps, commercialization plans, and priority initiatives, working with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product management, strategic marketing, market development, or related commercial roles.
• Experience in Energy, battery storage, fuel cells, microgrids, backup power, power distribution, or related markets.
• Demonstrated ability to translate market insight into business cases and roadmaps.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Energy segment strategy, growth roadmap, and initiatives.
• Identify and quantify opportunities across Energy applications such as battery storage and microgrids.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and Product Management to align roadmaps with market needs.
• Translate customer requirements and technology trends into product concepts and growth opportunities.
• Lead commercialization activities including value proposition, positioning, and launch support.
