Qualifications

• 2–4 years in energy investment banking, energy-focused private equity, or corporate development at an energy operator.
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Upstream oil and gas experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support senior team members in identifying, screening, and reviewing potential investments.
• Build and maintain detailed financial and asset-level models, including well economics, type curves, development scenarios, and full-cycle returns.
• Conduct commercial, market, and technical due diligence.
• Monitor portfolio assets through development, identifying value-creation opportunities through M&A and other strategic alternatives.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for the investment committee and limited partners.
