Responsibilities

• Build financial models, valuation analyses and investment materials to support transaction evaluation and decision‑making.
• Conduct company, sector and market research to assess investment theses, trends, risks, value drivers and transaction outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal teams, portfolio companies, operating partners and external advisors in support of due diligence workstreams.
• Support post‑investment business planning, value creation and decarbonization initiatives.
• Prepare presentation materials and transaction documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to a disciplined, collaborative and performance‑oriented team culture.
• Conduct special projects and other responsibilities as required.
