Job summary

Our client, a well-known mid-sized Private Equity firm, is looking to hire a Senior Associate in New York.

They are seeking to add a Senior Associate to their well-established team within the Energy and Infrastructure space. Our client currently offers creative financing solutions for middle-market energy services and infrastructure businesses across downstream, midstream, conventional electric power, and alternative energy sectors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in private equity or investment banking.
• Industry experience in Energy (midstream or downstream), Renewable Energy, or Natural Resources.
• Excellent financial modeling skills required.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and review financial models, tax equity structures, and debt financing.
• Manage deal execution while interacting with senior deal team members, client management teams, and external partners.
• Perform analysis on both tax equity and debt financing structures.
• Support both the due diligence and corporate governance functions.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to Analysts.
