Job summary

Meta's Global Energy Team, Clean Energy Asset Management, seeks an experienced Energy Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of renewable energy contracts, carbon reduction agreements, and related reporting. You will lead negotiations, ensure contract compliance, monitor development and construction milestones, and coordinate with legal, finance, and suppliers to drive value and reduce risk.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clean energy contract management or energy project operations.
• Experience managing portfolios of renewable energy contracts (wind and solar).
• Experience drafting official correspondence and developing partnerships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience with data analysis of energy generation, virtual PPAs, and wholesale energy market data.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta's clean energy and carbon credit requirements portfolio and manage amendments.
• Track contract milestones, deliverables, and counterparty compliance.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, purchasing, and other stakeholders.
• Support invoicing and reporting to ensure REC costs and project performance align with contract terms.
• Lead risk reporting against schedule and forecast.
