Job summary

Crowley Maritime Corporation seeks a Director, Energy PMO to lead planning and execution of energy construction, capital projects, and dry dock programs. You will establish governance for schedule, cost, scope, risk, and project controls, while guiding site management and subcontractor teams to deliver safely and commercially.

You will partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and Finance to align project execution with readiness and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex capital projects or related programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or Maritime field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage schedule, cost, scope, and risk at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and execution discipline across energy construction and dry dock programs.
• Direct integrated planning: scope, schedule, cost, risk, and resourcing.
• Oversee project controls: schedule, cost, forecasting, change control and reporting.
• Provide leadership for construction site management and subcontractor oversight.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, HSE, Finance and Legal.
