HLBMA LLC is seeking a Planning Specialist I in Savannah to support planning for utility and facility activities. You will develop schedules, analyze data, coordinate contractor access, and assist with budgeting and reporting for energy projects.

The role offers exposure to manufacturing operations, utility systems, and data-driven optimization with opportunity for growth into advanced planning roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 1 year of planning/operations experience or internship in planning.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP or similar) preferred.
• Budget tracking, invoice reconciliation, and reporting experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain schedules for utility and facility activities.
• Collect and analyze data to support planning decisions and budgeting.
• Coordinate contractor access and work activities with various teams.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and planning updates for leadership.
• Support forecast of utility requirements based on production plans.
