Job summary

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in investment banking, private equity or related financial services.
• FINRA Series 79 and 63 certifications preferred.
• Ability to travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and origination of M&A transactions.
• Analyze companies and industries and work with client management teams.
• Prepare pitch books and offering memoranda.
• Manage several projects concurrently and work as a team leader.
• Participate in the training of junior bankers.
