Job summary

BDO USA in Miami is seeking an Associate to support M&A transactions, develop financial models, and prepare marketing materials. Qualifications

• Three (3) or more years of relevant investment banking, private equity or related financial services experience.
• FINRA Series 79 and 63 certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports the execution and the origination of M&A transactions.
• Oversees the development of financial models, including DCF and transaction analyses.
• Analyzes companies and industries and works directly with client management teams.
• Prepares pitch books and management presentations.
• Serves as key point of contact for client's management team.
• Manages several projects concurrently.
