JD from an accredited law school is required; admission in the relevant state and strong written, verbal, and analytical skills are essential for client service and collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of corporate, energy, or infrastructure transactional experience.
• Familiarity with tax equity financings, transferable tax credits, and structured financings is a plus.
• Experience with M&A, project development, project finance, and joint venture transactions.
• JD Degree from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research to support transaction preparation and strategy.
• Draft memos, contracts, and correspondence.
• Assist in managing complex transactions from inception to resolution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with prompt communication.
• Collaborate with lawyers and professionals to develop transaction strategies.
• Participate in client calls and meetings.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations.
• Engage in professional development to enhance legal knowledge and skills.
• Contribute to firm programs, civic and pro bono work.
