Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Miami is seeking an entry-level corporate associate to join the Corporate Department. The ideal candidate should have a genuine interest in corporate law, specifically mergers and acquisitions and capital markets.

The role involves supporting attorneys in all phases of client engagements, conducting legal research and due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and participating in client communications.

Qualifications

• JD required with eligibility to sit for Florida Bar.
• Strong research, analytical and drafting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred but not required.
