Pinyon is seeking a Market Manager / Project Manager to lead our energy program growth in the transmission sector. You will develop market strategy, win work, and manage technical delivery to maintain our reputation and repeat business. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on project management across energy projects.

You will build client relationships, lead proposals, and guide the delivery teams to ensure exceptional client experiences and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a project manager with strategic thinking and hands-on delivery.
• 10+ years in project management with technical expertise in environmental resources or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in environmental disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic market plan for energy/transmission growth.
