Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years of relevant litigation experience, including expert depositions, motion practice, and complex case evaluations; outstanding writing and advocacy skills; and admission to practice in Texas. A path toward partnership is available.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of relevant litigation experience in energy, maritime, and/or transportation sectors.
• Experience taking expert depositions, writing motions, arguing motions, and drafting complex case evaluations.
• Demonstrating exceptional writing, analytical, and advocacy skills and ability to interact with clients and colleagues.
• Adapting quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Having a high comfort level working independently as well as in a team environment.
• Taking initiative, being action-oriented, and seeking opportunities for personal improvement.
• Showing academic excellence and leadership, with a law degree from an accredited law school and Texas admission.
