Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
• Approximately 2–6 years of civil litigation experience.
• Defense litigation experience strongly preferred.
• Deposition and substantive motion practice experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to independently manage deadlines and competing priorities.
• First- or second-chair trial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse caseload involving construction defect, personal injury, and other civil defense matters.

We are seeking a Litigation Defense Associate Attorney to join our Corpus Christi, Texas office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants meaningful case responsibility, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to continue developing as a litigator.

What You'll Do

• Handle a diverse caseload involving construction defect, personal injury, and other civil defense matters.
