Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in energy portfolio management or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. power markets and market structures.

Responsibilities

• Own the optimization and forecasting of energy margins across asset and long-term contracts.
• Deliver asset-level P&L attribution and margin reporting.
• Provide energy margin forecasts to support planning and strategy.
• Execute the hedging framework with Trading desks to manage risk.
• Act as the primary Trading interface for Asset Management teams.
• Lead onboarding/integration of new assets and long-term contracts.
• Collaborate with Finance on analytical insights for monetization decisions.
• Develop medium- to long-term market outlooks and scenario analyses.
