Job summary

Aqua, an Essential Utilities company, is seeking a Corporate Energy Manager to lead energy auditing, strategy development, and conservation initiatives across our multi-state footprint. This role focuses on reducing energy use, costs, and environmental impact while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field.
• 7 years of relevant experience in energy management or auditing.
• CEM/CEA or similar credential highly desirable.
• Proven experience implementing energy conservation measures.
• Strong analytical skills; Excel; SQL a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead energy audits and assessments across assets using industry best practices.
• Develop energy management strategies and conservation goals.
• Implement efficiency projects and monitor results (M&V).
• Analyze energy data and prepare savings and KPI reports.
• Collaborate with facilities, finance, and operations; manage budgets.
• Support grant/rebate opportunities and energy-related programs.
