Job summary

In this role you will collaborate with Finance, Strategy, and Engineering to ensure accurate inputs and robust deal metrics, while monitoring energy market activity and deal flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, or Business is required.
• Strong financial modeling and valuation abilities essential.
• Experience with energy sector M&A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, NAV, comps) for M&A opportunities.
• Support due diligence and investment materials for senior leadership.
