Job summary
GameChange Energy is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to support strategic growth initiatives through mergers and acquisitions, strategic investments, partnerships, and corporate strategy. You will work with senior leadership to evaluate targets, build financial models, and execute strategic transactions that strengthen renewable energy leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Development, Private Equity, or related fields.
Responsibilities
- Build detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and investment cases for acquisitions and strategic investments.
- Support all phases of the M&A lifecycle: target identification, financial analysis, due diligence, deal execution, and integration planning.
- Prepare presentations for executive leadership, board meetings, lenders and investors.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking.
- Evaluate partnerships, joint ventures, and strategic growth opportunities.
- Assist with 45X tax credit sales and special CFO office projects.
- Lead or support cross-functional initiatives across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales and IT.
- Improve financial reporting through automation and analytics; support ERP implementations and process improvement.
