Job summary

Qualifications

• < 140 chars: Bachelor’s degree in Finance / Economics or related fields required.

• < 140 chars: Extensive Microsoft Excel modeling experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation efforts of acquisitions with detailed Excel models and risk analysis.
• Support M&A strategy, thesis development, and identification of opportunities.
• Incorporate inputs from marketing, engineering, and accounting into financial models.
• Drive internal alignment meetings and due diligence support.
