Exxon Mobil Corporation ("ExxonMobil") is seeking to hire a junior or mid-level attorney with strong corporate law experience to join a team supporting M&A deals and other strategic transactions. The position will be located at ExxonMobil’s corporate headquarters in Spring, Texas.

Competenze

Minimum of two years of corporate transactional experience, including M&A in a law firm setting.
Demonstrates strong business judgment and high ethical standards.
