Job summary

Exxon Mobil Corporation in Spring, Texas seeks a junior to mid-level attorney with strong corporate law experience to join a team supporting M&A deals and other strategic transactions. The position will be located at ExxonMobil's corporate headquarters in Spring, Texas.

You will work closely with business teams, conduct due diligence, draft and negotiate transaction documents, and support deals through closing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of corporate transactional experience, including M&A in a law firm setting.
• Excellent business judgment and high ethical standards.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support a wide range of domestic and international strategic transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, and divestments.
• Develop a deep understanding of ExxonMobil's businesses and use sound judgment to solve important business problems.
• Collaborate closely with ExxonMobil business teams to advance business priorities.
