FourFound, partnering with a leading independent investment bank, is growing its Power, Utilities & Renewables team in New York. The group advises across M&A, strategic advisory and capital raising, covering Power, Utilities, Solar, Wind, BESS, Conventional Generation and Advanced Nuclear.

The role focuses on 4–7 years of Investment Banking experience with strong M&A execution, complemented by exposure to energy transition sectors and sell-side M&A opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–7 years of Investment Banking experience.
• Strong M&A/corporate finance execution is essential.
• Exposure to Power, Utilities, Renewables or Energy Transition preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead live transactions and manage junior bankers.
• Coordinate deal execution from start to close and present to senior Clients.
