Job summary

HumCap's client is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee product movement from contract through delivery, ensuring accurate inventory and timely shipments. The role interacts with shippers, suppliers, and internal teams across sales, accounting, and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in logistics/related fields, basic accounting knowledge, and strong numeracy and customer service skills. This is an individual contributor position in a fast-paced energy logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in logistics, accounting, or customer service.
• Basic accounting knowledge (P&L, accruals, debits/credits).
• Strong numeracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned product lines or plant logistics from contract to delivery.
• Maintain accurate inventory and coordinate with shippers and suppliers.
• Enter and manage data within enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with various departments including sales, accounting, and compliance.
• Ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.
• Maintain strong working relationships with vendors and terminal partners.
