Job summary

Fourth Floor is seeking a Logistics Manager to collaborate with Sales, Inventory Planning, retail accounts, and 3PL partners to allocate, route, and ship every order while preventing issues.

You will audit orders, build allocation plans, manage routing, and own the 3PL/DC relationship, ensuring service, cost, and on-time performance. Strong ERP/WMS/TMS fluency and advanced Excel are required.

Qualifications

• 7–9 years in order management, allocation, or shipping operations within wholesale/retail logistics

• Build and release allocation plans against inbound receipts and ship windows; match incoming inventory to open orders
• Flag over- and under-allocated positions early and bring corrective options forward

• Own the day-to-day 3PL/DC relationship, holding partners to service, cost, and on-time expectations
• Coordinate VAS projects — relabeling, rehandling, and similar

You'll work alongside Sales, Inventory Planning, retail accounts, and our 3PL partners to allocate, route, and ship every order and clear the roadblocks before they become problems.

Responsibilities

• Audit sales orders post-entry and resolve late or discrepant POs with Sales, the DC, and customers

• Proven ability to direct and hold 3PL/DC partners accountable
• Strong ERP, WMS, and TMS fluency; advanced Excel a plus
• Self-starter who takes ownership and moves fast without waiting for direction
