Job summary

Ascendion is seeking an experienced Energy Marshal (Owner’s Representative) to support large-scale data center development projects. This role involves oversight of hazardous energy control and electrical safety activities during construction and commissioning phases.

Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in electrical systems/power distribution and strong knowledge of lockout/tagout programs. The position offers competitive salary and comprehensive benefits including medical insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in electrical systems in construction or data center environments.
• Strong expertise in hazardous energy control and electrical safety standards.
• Experience in reviewing procedures and high-risk work activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent oversight of Energy Isolation (LOTO) program across project phases.
• Coordinate energy isolation activities between various teams.
• Conduct regular audits of electrical isolation activities.

Skills

Electrical systems / power distribution experience

Expertise in lockout/tagout (LOTO)

Knowledge of electrical safety standards (NFPA 70E, OSHA)
