    • Ensure compliance with LOTO standards, permitting processes, and risk assessments.
  • Auditing & Compliance Verification
    • Conduct regular field audits of electrical and mechanical isolation activities (LV/MV/HV systems).
    • Audit contractor adherence to LOTO procedures, permit‑to‑work systems, and applicable safety standards (e.g., NFPA 70E, OSHA).
    • Identify gaps, elevate risks, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
  • Electrical Safety SME
    • Act as the primary owner‑side point of contact for all high‑risk electrical work activities.
    • Provide technical guidance on electrical safety requirements, arc‑flash risk mitigation and labeling, and proper PPE selection.
    • Support informed decision‑making around energized work and system energization.
  • Risk Management & Work Authorization
    • Review and validate hazardous energy risk assessments, job hazard analyses (JHAs), and permit‑to‑work documentation.
    • Serve as the owner’s authority to challenge or stop unsafe work practices related to energy isolation.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Collaborate with owner project management teams, data center operations teams, Environmental Health & Safety, and commissioning and integration teams.
