You’ll join an established team of five, learn through hands-on training, and work on live vacancies across energy, utilities and infrastructure projects in the U.S. You will guide candidates from first conversations through interviews, offers and start dates.

Entry-level role with no prior recruitment experience required. Strong motivation, people skills and a drive to hit targets are valued, with market opportunities

Responsibilities

• Initiate conversations and build client and candidate relationships.

• Support negotiation and closing of placements.
