You’ll join one of our fastest-growing offices in Houston’s vibrant Height's area, recruiting across energy, infrastructure and power generation.

Your Academy group is coming to Houston!

Train alongside fellow new starters from across our North American offices, build connections and learn together through our six-week paid training program. With ongoing one-to-one support, your development continues long after the Academy.

What Is Delivery Recruitment?

Put simply, you’ll help people find their next job and help our clients find the talent they need.

Our Business Development team builds client relationships and brings in vacancies. As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll focus on finding the right candidates for those opportunities and guiding them through the recruitment process.

One day you could be speaking with an engineer about their next career move; the next, you could be negotiating an offer and helping them secure a role on a major energy project.

When you successfully place a candidate, you earn commission on top of your base salary, with no cap on your commission earnings.

It’s a people-focused sales career. Expect plenty of phone conversations, clear targets and the satisfaction of turning your hard work into results.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Finding and approaching skilled contract professionals through LinkedIn, job boards and our database
• Making regular, high-volume candidate calls and building relationships
• Understanding candidates’ experience, goals and availability
• Matching candidates with live vacancies and presenting them to our Business Development team and clients
• Preparing candidates for interviews and keeping the process moving
• Negotiating rates, offers and start dates
• Closing placements and working toward performance targets
• Building a network within your specialist energy market

You don’t need previous recruitment experience.

Potential total earnings of $60,000–$80,000 within 12–18 months, depending on performance, with the opportunity for top performers to exceed this through uncapped commission.
