We’ll fly you to Houston for training with your Academy group! You’ll learn alongside fellow new starters, take part in hands‑on training and build connections from the beginning. Back in Orlando, you’ll join an established team of five, with experienced colleagues, strong client relationships and live vacancies to work on.

Our clients work on energy, utilities and infrastructure projects across the U.S. They need professionals such as engineers, project managers and project controls specialists. Your job is to find those people, get to know them and connect them with the right opportunities.
This is a delivery-focused recruitment role, meaning you’ll focus on finding candidates for existing client vacancies. You’ll guide them from the first conversation through interviews, offers and starting their new role.
It’s people-focused, but it’s also a sales career. You’ll work toward targets, handle setbacks and earn commission when you successfully place candidates.
