Job summary

Spencer Ogden is hosting its final Entry-Level Academy of 2026 in Orlando. You’ll join an established team of five, learn through hands-on training, and work on live vacancies across energy, utilities and infrastructure projects in the U.S. You will guide candidates from first conversations through interviews, offers and start dates.

Entry-level role with no prior recruitment experience required. Strong motivation, people skills and a drive to hit targets are valued, with market opportunities

Join Spencer Ogden’s final Entry-Level Academy of 2026 and launch your recruitment career with our Orlando team. You don’t need recruitment experience, bring curiosity, determination and a willingness to learn, and we’ll help you build the skills.

We’ll fly you to Houston for training with your Academy group! You’ll learn alongside fellow new starters, take part in hands‑on training and build connections from the beginning. Back in Orlando, you’ll join an established team of five, with experienced colleagues, strong client relationships and live vacancies to work on.

What Is Recruitment, Simply Put?

We help companies find the right people and help people find their next career opportunity.

Our clients work on energy, utilities and infrastructure projects across the U.S. They need professionals such as engineers, project managers and project controls specialists. Your job is to find those people, get to know them and connect them with the right opportunities.

This is a delivery-focused recruitment role, meaning you’ll focus on finding candidates for existing client vacancies. You’ll guide them from the first conversation through interviews, offers and starting their new role.

It’s people-focused, but it’s also a sales career. You’ll work toward targets, handle setbacks and earn commission when you successfully place candidates.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Finding and approaching candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and our database
• Picking up the phone, starting conversations and building relationships
• Understanding candidates’ skills, career goals and availability
• Matching contract professionals with live client opportunities
• Preparing candidates for interviews and keeping them updated
• Supporting offer negotiations and helping placements get over the line
• Building your market knowledge and working toward performance targets
