Pacifico Energy in Dallas is seeking a recruiting professional to support sourcing, initial screening, interview coordination, and offer support, reporting to the Talent Management Lead. This hands-on role develops recruiting skills while delivering a responsive candidate experience and keeping searches organized.

You will build talent pipelines, review applications, schedule interviews, collect feedback, and hand off to onboarding with the People team, helping Pacifico move AI-powered

Qualificações

• Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or coordinating candidate outreach.
• Ability to research candidates and write outreach messages.
• Strong communication and professional approach to candidates and hiring teams.
• Excellent organizational skills managing multiple searches, schedules, and follow-ups.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Talent Management Lead and hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and evaluation criteria.
• Source prospective candidates through networks, job boards, referrals, and targeted research; build pipelines.
• Review applications and conduct initial screens against requirements; document findings and next steps.
• Coordinate interviews, calendars, and candidate logistics; communicate preparation details and keep candidates informed.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking records, candidate notes, and job postings for easy follow-up.
• Collect interviewer feedback, track open decisions, and flag delays or sourcing challenges.
• Support approved offer preparation and pre-employment coordination with People team for onboarding.
• Track pipeline activity and propose improvements to outreach and candidate experience.
