Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join its Energy & Infrastructure team in Dallas, TX. The role focuses on project finance and M&A within the energy sector, with substantial exposure to renewables and grid-scale transactions.

You will conduct due diligence, review credit agreements and opinions, and negotiate power purchase and interconnection agreements for wind, solar, or battery storage projects and related facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience.
• Substantial practice experience before FERC.
• Direct experience in renewable energy (wind, solar, or battery storage).
• Admitted to the state bar in the preferred office location.

Responsibilities

• Support project finance and M&A transactions in the energy sector.
• Conduct due diligence; review credit agreements and legal opinions.
• Engage in transactions involving power generation and transmission.
• Draft and negotiate power purchase and interconnection agreements.
