Job summary

Meta is seeking a seasoned Principal Program Manager to lead the Energy Infrastructure Investments portfolio. You will drive end-to-end program execution, governance, external partnerships, and cross-functional alignment to deliver billions in energy infrastructure investments at scale.

You will partner with leadership to translate investment decisions into disciplined outcomes, standing up governance, risk management, and reporting across DEC, Finance, Legal, and Corporate Development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field.
• 15+ years in program management within energy infrastructure or large-scale capital projects.
• Experience managing external partnerships with utilities or developers.
• Deep knowledge of energy infrastructure development lifecycles (permitting, interconnection, construction).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management of energy infrastructure investment portfolio.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans and milestone trackers.
• Establish stage-gate processes and escalation paths for delivery.
• Monitor program health: cost, schedule, risk, interdependencies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to align timelines.
• Create governance framework and operating cadences for the pillar.
• Produce dashboards and board-ready materials for leadership.
• Manage risk register and mitigation tracking across the portfolio.
