Job summary

Meta is seeking a Principal Program Manager to lead end-to-end execution of energy infrastructure investments. You will own governance, risk management, and cross-functional coordination with DEC, finance, legal, and other partners to deliver billions in capacity.

The role reports to senior leadership and requires steering multi-party programs across geographies, with a focus on on-time, on-budget delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 15+ years in program management within energy infrastructure or large-scale capital projects.
• Experience managing external partnerships with utilities, independent power producers, or energy developers.
• Deep knowledge of energy infrastructure development lifecycles—permitting, interconnection, construction, commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management of Meta's energy infrastructure investments portfolio.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, master schedules, and milestone trackers.
• Drive delivery by establishing stage-gate processes and decision frameworks.
• Monitor program health: cost, schedule, risk, interdependencies; provide insights to leadership.
• Identify and resolve cross-project dependencies and bottlenecks before they impact timelines.
• Design and operate governance framework including cadence of reviews and reporting structures.
• Establish operating rhythms (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for alignment on priorities and risk.
• Create program dashboards, executive reports, and board-ready materials.
