Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Principal Program Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of its Energy Infrastructure Investments portfolio. You will own governance, risk, and cross-functional coordination with internal teams and external partners to deliver multi-billion-dollar energy infrastructure initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end program management of Meta's energy infrastructure investment portfolio.
• Develop integrated program plans, master schedules, and milestone trackers.
• Drive delivery through rigorous stage-gate processes and escalation paths.
• Monitor and report on program health across cost, schedule, risk, and interdependencies.
• Identify and resolve cross-project dependencies and bottlenecks before impact.
• Design and operate governance framework for the Energy Infrastructure Investments pillar.
• Establish weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating rhythms for alignment.
• Create program dashboards, executive reporting, and board-ready materials.
• Own the risk register and mitigation tracker across the portfolio.
• Coordinate with DEC, Corporate Development, Site Selection, Legal, Finance, Sustainability, and external partners.
• Track capital deployment, forecasting cadences, and investment accounting considerations.
• Coordinate with Legal on contract milestones and covenant compliance.
• Collaborate with Corporate Development on transaction execution and post-close governance.
