Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in energy/infrastructure investment
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Experience with complex transactions and capital raises

Responsibilities

• Underwrite gas-fired power investments and related assets
• Build project finance and investment models
• Support capital raises, term sheets, and lender engagement
• Collaborate with sponsor on capital structure and diligence
• Assist in structuring project-level financing and offtake agreements
