Job summary

Renewable Properties, LLC is seeking a Development Manager to support advancement of infill distributed energy infrastructure projects nationwide, including BESS, edge data centers, and EV charging hubs. You will work with the Director of Development and lead key parts of the development process while coordinating with external partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in development, ideally in land, energy, engineering, or real estate.
• Experience with land development processes and permitting.
• Knowledge of ArcGIS, Google Earth, AutoCAD or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Screen and identify project locations and siting opportunities.
• Support development lifecycle from concept to construction-ready status.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
• Prepare and submit project applications and attend hearings/workshops.
• Maintain project data and tracking tools.
