Job summary

Sandbox Solar LLC in Fort Collins, CO is seeking a Comfort Advisor / HVAC Sales Associate who builds trust-based, consultative relationships rather than high-pressure sales. You will evaluate whole-home comfort, IAQ, and energy systems, manage your pipeline, and present tailored, high-performance solar and HVAC solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an HVAC Sales Associate or Comfort Advisor with deep equipment knowledge and established manufacturer ties.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean 3-year record.
• Proficiency in proposal software, system design platforms, presentation tools, and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on leads and manage a sales pipeline.
• Explain utility savings, rebates, tax incentives, and ROI to homeowners.
• Collaborate with solar and home electrification teams to design integrated solutions.
• Develop and present tailored, high-performance comfort solutions for clients.
