Responsibilities

Review, analyze, and advise on credit agreements and financing documents, including covenants and baskets.
Monitor compliance with financing agreements and advise on structural considerations for internal stakeholders.
Support strategic acquisitions, project financings, tax equity transactions, and related project development matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and ancillary agreements.
Independently manage discrete projects within larger transactions, with timelines and closing requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams, lenders, and outside counsel to advance transactions toward closing.
Identify and evaluate legal and transactional risks to support business objectives.
Assist with post-closing matters and ongoing obligations under financing agreements.
