Qualifications

• Bar admission: Pennsylvania Bar or eligibility to waive in.
• 3+ years of energy law experience, including regulatory and utility matters.
• Litigation experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills; self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of cases from start to finish and develop strategies.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Prepare, review, and finalize legal documents with precision.
• Maintain proactive client communication about case progress.
• Represent clients effectively in negotiations for favorable resolutions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys across practice areas.
• Uphold professional conduct and adhere to state bar requirements.
• Assist in financial management of cases, including retainers and payments.
• Stay current with legal developments and complete required CLE.
