BCG Attorney Search seeks an Associate Attorney to join its Energy & Environmental Group in Radnor, PA. The ideal candidate will have a JD, PA bar eligibility, and at least three years of energy law experience, including regulatory and utility matters.

You will manage cases from start to finish and collaborate with senior attorneys in a supportive team. The role emphasizes rigorous research, drafting, client communication, and adherence to professional standards.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Pennsylvania Bar admission or eligibility to waive in.
• At least 3 years of energy law experience, including regulatory and utility matters.
• Litigation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned cases from start to finish, developing strategies for successful outcomes.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Prepare, review, and finalize legal documents with precision.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding case progress.
• Represent clients effectively in negotiations and work toward favorable resolutions.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and colleagues across practice areas.
• Uphold professional conduct and adhere to state bar requirements.
• Assist in financial management of cases, including setting retainers and managing payment schedules.
• Stay current with legal developments and complete required Continuing Legal Education (CLE).
