Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related field with 4–5 years in energy efficiency, or Master's with 2–3 years.
• Hands-on experience with building systems (HVAC, hot water, steam/hydronic, controls).
• Experience in commissioning, installation coordination, and incentive procurement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to coordinate with contractors and program administrators.

Responsibilities

• Lead retrofit projects on multifamily buildings, coordinating contractors and scheduling.
• Oversee commissioning and retro-commissioning, ensuring performance aligns with design.
• Own incentive and rebate procurement for NYSERDA, Con Edison, and utilities.
• Drive design development for electrification and efficiency measures and prepare RFP packages.
• Perform energy analysis, modeling, and ASHRAE audits to quantify savings.
• Support decarbonization initiatives and capital planning for portfolios.
