Bright Power seeks a Commissioning Engineer to lead commissioning tasks for new construction and rehab projects in the New York area. You will coordinate with developers, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure systems are designed, installed, tested, and maintained to meet quality standards.

The ideal candidate has knowledge of MEP systems, energy efficiency strategies, and experience with design reviews, project documentation, and field testing. Some travel to sites will be required.

Qualifications

• Education in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Interest in building energy systems and energy efficiency practices.
• Travel to job sites as needed.

Responsabilités

• Manage commissioning tasks and coordinate with project teams.
• Attend client and site meetings to ensure design intent.
• Document progress in Procore, Salesforce, and Excel.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Write and execute startup and functional testing scripts.
